The 18 gauge cartilage piercing/flat back earring has a length of 8mm and fits a thin helix or upper cartilage the ear head or forward helix and an average ear lobe. This body jewelry comes with a 14K stamp guaranteeing its authenticity. 14K Gold is nickel-free and hypoallergenic making this body jewelry safe and comfortable for people with sensitive skin.
